May I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. If you receive the item and decide that it is no longer to your liking, you may return it within 30 days no questions asked. You will receive a refund within 72 hours of receipt provided the merchandise is in like new condition.

What should I do if the merchandise is damaged?
Upon receipt of merchandise, if it is found to be defective, you may contact MXM Enterprises for a return authorization. You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement item.

What is your shipping charge?
MXM Enterprises' shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible.
Shipping rates are determined by weight, size, and quantity within the order and therefore dificult to state definitively. Generally, orders of less than $100 are charged approx. $10. In some cases, shipping discounts may be given. Contact customer service with any questions.

Do you drop ship?
Yes. For $2.50 per address, we can ship to your recipients. Contact Us for details.

Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. A complete address is required on all orders.

No. Unfortunately at this time, in order to keep our costs low, we do not offer expedited delivery.
